What superpower would you choose, why? Flight – I'm impatient when traveling. Perhaps being able to fly would get me there faster and I’d enjoy the view more.
Favorite thing about your job: HUMC has provided me the opportunity to create all sorts of music for the glory of God. And I love that our congregation is open to hearing all sorts of music from the 1600s to the 2020s.
More about Kip…. I am a lucky father of 2 fantastic young adults, Dakota and Riley, and husband of 25 years to my beautiful bride Keri. I am also the high school vocal music director at Harrisonville High School. When I’m not making music at church or school, I enjoy singing in my barbershop quartet Tornado Alley, creating tasty smoked meat treats, and the occasional round of golf.
