To know Jesus fully, we must see Jesus clearly. We have grown up with and are surrounded by so many different ideas and images of Jesus. Some are found in the scriptures, while others are simply who we would like Jesus to be. Each Sunday, during Lent, we are going to be discovering an image we might have heard or grown up with and challenge it with it’s biblical truth. Some of our images will be confirmed. Others may discover a new understanding that is richer, more complete, and provides a fuller understanding of Jesus that will guide us in our walk with Him as we fall in love with Him all over again.
